Shipping

We use Australia Post for all our shipping. You will be charged based on the weight of the products you ordered. Shipping for Gift Vouchers is free. All orders arrive in a plain Australia Post satchel. We use plain Australia Post packaging for all orders, and post items by regular mail. Therefore, although we endeavor to process your orders as quickly as possible and are usually able to fill orders immediately, please allow 7-21 working days for delivery. We cannot be held liable if Australia Post fails to deliver your purchase. Please purchase Registered Post for $3.30 for guaranteed delivery.

Returns

We offer a full one month warranty on all faulty products. If your product is faulty please contact us and let us know your account name and the date your product was purchased. We will contact you within 48 hours with a return code. Simply send your returned goods to:
